Since its foundation in 1984, BCS has had the application of emerging technology to customer’s needs as a core principle. Technology has changed to an unrecognisable extent since then but the principle still stands. Our focus, skills and processes have continuously evolved in line with the changes in technology and the needs and priorities of our customers. Over the years this policy has led to our involvement in cutting edge projects such as implementing the infrastructure in one of Europe’s largest online gambling sites or establishing access security and traceability in some of Ireland’s biggest financial institutions.
One of the consequences of a customer needs driven approach is that we have become increasingly specialised. We believe data management, (storing, securing and using data), has become a major differentiator for any business and is an area in which we can bring the greatest benefit to our customers. We work with best of breed vendors such as EMC, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, VMWare, HP and Varonis. We use highly trained, expert staff, to deliver the competitive advantage our customers want and need.
